R.I.P. Jan-2005

Ok, está na hora de oficializar o falecimento deste blog. Ele já não era mais atualizado mesmo há muito tempo, e quando isso acontece é melhor desligá-lo, ou passar a bola pra frente.

Não que eu tenha perdido o interesse pelo tema; e também eu continuo com o doutorado. Mas perdi o interesse pela forma em que o blog estava sendo feito. Deixa pra lá.

Por outro lado a relação espaço geográfico x espaço virtual ainda desperta em mim grandes paixões - além de me dedicar a esse tema no doutorado, um acontecimento capital ocorreu em 2004: a compra do Keyhole pelo Google, o que fez despertar um enorme interesse nesse sistema. O compartilhamento de localizações, mapas e imagens parece ter uma importância cada vez maior na cultura digital, e essa plataforma parece estar no caminho certo.

Portanto, enquanto esse blogue morre (embora os arquivos irão continuar online) outro acaba de nascer, voltado para a publicação de imagens, mapas e localizações na plataforma Keyhole, voltado principalmente para o Brasil, mas sempre atento para o que acontece no mundo. Por favor dê uma olhada no Geodub, e me diga o que você acha.
